The most common reason that could affect the normal installation of ScoreCard in Windows 10 is directly related to the compatibility between this application and the Windows 10 operating system. In most of the cases, developers release an update to complement the lack of compatibility, but if there isn't one available, then a compatibility tweak needs to be applied.
To do this, simply right click the ScoreCard's installer and go to Properties > Compatibility. Use the built-in drop down menu to select a previous version of Windows and tick the Run as Administrator option.
I cannot load Scorecard version 3.0 using Windows 10. Is there an updated version or can this one be updated?

The latest version for Windows is 2.2.7 and the latest changes are listed on the Release Notes on the developer's website. Unfortunately, no other version is available for downloading.
If you have version 3.0 then it's most likely from another application that shares the same name. To run that in Windows 10, right click the setup package and select Properties > Compatibility. Choose a previous version of Windows and run the installation package.
Scorecard is known to run in Windows XP and Vista and it has been optimized for these operating systems. If you try to run the product in a 64bit environment, you will need to set its compatibility to a working operating system that it was designed for, in this case, Windows Vista. In case it's not working as intended, you will need to acquire an updated version of the product.
